Cooking island cuisine “with a twist” is our passion. And while there is a communal guest kitchen onsite and a variety other eateries in the vicinity, should you decide have your meal prepared by us, we are right here for you! Our Island style Breakfast is included in your nightly rate and lunch as well as dinner can be pre-ordered from the daily changing “seasonal” options. And yes… if you are a vegetarian we can certainly cater for you as well, just talk to us about our daily vegetarian choice.
Breakfast is served from 8am to 9.30 am. Should you like to add additional items to your included breakfast (extra items such as bacon, egg etc.) can be ordered during breakfast. Lunch can be pre-ordered at breakfast and is typically served between 12 noon & 1pm. Due to the tropical climate the lunch variety usually consist of lighter options (such as salad wraps). Dinner can be pre-ordered daily “before noon” and is usually served at about 6.30pm. Dinner options are seasonal and change daily & are usually served with either fish, meat or as vegetarian. Dishes may also include the Lobster (crayfish), Seafood platter, Snapper fillet and Tuna steak as well as Chicken, Pork, Beef and others.
